Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Founding US Account Executive to drive the entire sales cycle—prospecting, demos, closing deals, and helping us build scalable sales processes.
You’ll work alongside the Head of Sales to bring our AI-driven financial solutions to world-class finance teams. As a key player in the early days of our growth, you’ll help us spread the word about how our cutting-edge AI agents are revolutionizing the finance function—helping finance teams work smarter, not harder.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Sales: Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals with CFOs and finance leaders.
- Solution Selling & Demos: Showcase how Firmbase’s AI-driven platform and AI agents can transform financial planning, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making.
- Collaboration & Tools: Work with the Head of Sales and leverage cutting-edge sales tools to streamline efforts and maximize results.
- Self-Starter: Manage your pipeline and close deals while contributing to the development of scalable sales processes.
Key Attributes:

- Ability to Demo: Confidently demo our platform, especially the AI agents that streamline financial processes and automate routine tasks.
- Experience Selling to CFOs: Proven experience selling to C-suite executives in the CFO office, with a deep understanding of financial systems (ERP, FP&A, EPM, Spend Mgmt, etc.).
- AI Enthusiast: Excited about the potential of AI to revolutionize finance functions and help clients work smarter, not harder.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in financial tools or software.
- Proven success in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Strong demo skills and ability to simplify complex AI solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
