Marketing Director

About you:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on product marketing at a fast-growing startup or tech company

  • Demonstrable experience in creating and executing product marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue

  • Expert at adjusting messaging and positioning to fit different comms channels

  • Excellent writer, editor and communicator. A natural storyteller

  • Ability to communicate complicated product features and new releases in an easy to understand, streamlined way

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

  • Attention to detail and bias for action

  • Fluent English speaker and writer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Main responsibilities:

  • Own the product marketing roadmap: Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing features and offerings

  • Refine and communicate the product's value proposition via marketing campaigns, events, professional content, newsletters, sales materials, marketing collateral etc.

  • Develop the brand and increase brand awareness: Craft a compelling brand narrative that engages our target audience and communicates the unique value of our product​

  • Conceptualize, A/B test, and implement lead generation strategies, with a focus on marketing the product’s unique features and benefits

  • Develop a deep understanding of the different customer segments and their needs

  • Leverage data to evaluate the impact of product marketing initiatives, and adapt strategies accordingly

  • Stay informed on the latest marketing and communication solutions and strategies

  • Work in a fast-paced environment together with cross-functional partners in sales, product and R&D to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational objectives
