About you:

Native English speaker with flawless communication skills, both written and oral

At least 1 year of hands-on sales development experience, with a proven overachievement record in hunting over the phone and cold calling

A tenacious, ambitious, and persistent hunter mentality, and a dedication to customer outcomes

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads

Strong attention to detail, good time management, and analytical skills

Flexibility to meet customers during US work hours
Main responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential customers in the target market

Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and cold emails, using demand generation and prospecting tools to create pipelines for the assigned territory.

Develop rapport with potential clients and handle inbound and outbound leads to develop new opportunities

Ensure that the leads meet Firmbase’s qualification criteria, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Document daily activities in CRM tool

Represent Firmbase with integrity and professionalism in all written and oral communication
