Office Manager & Employee Experience

This is a rare opportunity to join our core team to help manage operations and act as a trusted operator. In this position you will report directly to the CEO. You will join an ambitious and dynamic team that takes pride in creating a hugely impactful enterprise product that delights customers and consists of the highest level of craft and execution.

About you:

  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or a similar operations role at a tech company, startup, or VC fund

  • Excellent English, both verbal communications and writing skills

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with problem-solving skills

  • Discreet and independent professional

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Work 4-5 days a week from our Tel Aviv office​

Main responsibilities:

  • Play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

  • Provide support to the company's C-level executives and drive scheduling, travel planning, administrative tasks, organize team events etc.

  • Be a focal point at the heart and soul of the organization, and always be one step ahead of our founders' busy schedules

  • Serve as an integral part of the operations team and take part in implementing different organizational projects
